Yes. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out any remaining patient forms.

Please bring the following items with you to your appointment:

• Medical Aid Card
• Identification such as Driver’s License, or ID Document

It varies, but please plan on 1 to 1.5 hours for your visit.

We require that you settle your account on the day of consultation, by cash or credit card, unless you have made a prior arrangement.

Yes. We submit to most medical aids but please confirm with reception that your current scheme is accepted by the practice.
